Masses".

A "Special Mass Signup"
link-button will appear to the left when volunteers are needed. It will
include Servers, Extraordinary Ministers, Readers, Ushers and Mass Coordinators.

Extraordinary
Ministers, if you are unable to serve when scheduled, please contact a
replacement. Please inform your substitute of the position they will fill.
It will be necessary for substitutes to check in 15 minutes before mass and
identify themselves to the Mass Coordinator.

Readers
(lectors), if you are unable to serve, please contact
Cindy at
the Church office and a substitute will be found for you. Phone: (919) 865-8963
- If you are on the schedule
to serve but are detained or unable to check in with the Mass Coordinator before
the start of Mass, a substitute will be found and checked-in. You will not
need to step forward to minister. Please be understanding.
- If you are not scheduled to
serve but are willing to fill a vacancy, please check in with the Mass
Coordinator and offer assistance. Before Mass begins, your coordinator
will let you know if you will be needed.
- Mass Coordinators will have
all positions filled by 5 minutes prior to the start of Mass.
